The project was initiated by ACCESS GROUP over a year and a half ago by our division in Turkey after a period of studies and market analysis. It all started with the cultivation of the Pleurotus ostreatus mushrooms or what is known as the Oyster mushrooms and is called as such since has a broad, fan or oyster-shaped cap spanning 2–30 cm.

The Oyster mushroom is considered a delicacy in Japan, China and Korea, it is highly sought after and considered to be the most important specie in culinary demand globally.

The Project’s Lifecycle :

The Oyster Mushroom project will be materialized following 5 steps:

1.    First agricultural phase : formation of 12 tents with an area of 15,000 m each equipped with the latest agricultural technologies such as humidity device, filtration and on-time operator.

2.    Second commercial phase : Trading and distributing Oyster Mushrooms and relevant raw materials locally in turkey through a very organized supply chain.

3.    Third industrial phase : an integrated factory for the production and development of seeds and raw materials used in the cultivation of oyster mushrooms under the supervision of specialized agricultural engineers. The number of factories amount to 3, which are in Turkey with an area of 500 m employing 5 people each.

4.    Fourth industrial phase : an integrated factory for the production, canning and distribution of oyster mushrooms. This factory is being built in Turkey over an area of 800 m and a perceived 15 employees.

5.    Fifth agricultural stage : securing a plot of land to set up 20 new tents with an area of 200 m each, equipped with the state-of-the-art technologies used for the cultivation of mushrooms.

The Expansion and Funding Details :

1.   The perceived plot of land has an area of 8000 square meters;
2.    It is adjacent to the operational branch in Turkey.
3.    Soil testing has been done and turned out that it is rich in minerals and nutrients, a perfect
environment to cultivate the Oyster Mushrooms.
The land is characterized by its proximity to the secondary road and its soil requires minimal
work to prepare it for process.
4.    The total manpower that will be handling the land amount to 20 and they are specialized in
the field under the supervision of an Agriculture Engineer.
5.    Land cost at US$ 70,370 (No lease/rental option).
6.    Heavy duty fencing cost to protect the investment perceived at US$ 17,000.
7.    Land cleanup and preparation at US$ 4,800.
8.    Water tank, pump and connection of the water line to the ground US$ 18,000.
9.    Electric switchboard and power connection at US$ 37,000.
10.    Minimum investment: US$ 10,000/share (This does not apply to crypto investors)
11.    Partners to agree on the distribution of dividends.
12.    It will take 10 months to prepare the land for cultivation in terms of the following activities:
Cleanup, fencing, water infrastructure, electric connections, tents setup and operations
startup.

Oyster Mushroom package

MUSHY GOURMET is our brand of oyster mushrooms produced in our project, certified by the Turkish Ministry of Agriculture in terms of quality and excellent specifications.
MUSHY GOURMET Oyster mushrooms are packaged either fresh or dried. Where the shelf life of the fresh product remains about a week. As for the dried ones, its life extends for one year from the date of drying.
